BRG Gibson Auctions

Commercial Senior Sales Associate/Auctioneer/ Corporate Clients

Job Description:

The Belfast office is looking to recruit a driven and outstanding individual who is able to produce exceptional results and focus on the growth of Belfast Office Auction & Sales team. The ideal candidate will be able to:

·       Carry out pitches and win instructions with Private & Corporate Clients

·       Convert sales and closely follow through to completion

·       Work as part of a growing and enthusiastic  Auction team

·       Carry out viewings with potential purchasers and manage clients,

·       Give advice to clients at all times in an expert and enthusiastic manner.

·       Handle daily applicant enquiries from databases and calls.

·       Maintain records and chase applicants.

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturdays 09:30am-3.30pm on a rota basis.

Residential Senior Sales Associate/Auctioneer

Job Description:

Valuers/Property Listers

As the customers first point of contact, it is essential you have the ability to promote the company together with possessing the knowledge and skill for both gaining and retaining business. If you have the spirit and desire to deliver a first class service together with the drive to pro-actively generate instructions and increase market share, this role is for you. NB. Driving licence is essential for this position.

BRG Gibson Auctions Agents

Joining the BRG Gibson Auctions Agents team. BRG Gibson Auctions Agents team are able to work flexibly throughout from their own homes. The role can be office/telephone based generating business or it can be "out and about", carrying out viewings and/or valuations. Hours are to suit you. You can work office hours, evenings, weekends or any combination. You can work full or part time on a self-employed basis.

Full training is provided which includes: Initial Induction and legal and policy training. Full Sales and Auction department training. Valuation training.

BRG Gibson Auctions Introducer’s

Our team of BRG Gibson Auctions Introducer’s work flexibly across the country. The role consists of self generating business, following up on business leads generated by the company, accompanied viewings and listing property. This role is on a self-employed basis and payment is made for any property introduced to BRG Gibson Auctions for Sale.
